What does Claim mean in Local Marketing?
When it comes to Local Marketing, the term “claim” refers to the process of staking a claim to a business listing on a particular platform – e.g. Google Business Profile, Yelp, etc.
The purpose of claiming a business listing is to gain control over the information that is displayed about that business.
